Our Restaurant

After being trained by Gilles CHAZOT himself for over 10 years, our Head Chef Nicolas GUICHARDAN keeps the tradition going on and offers you a Classic Regional Cuisine, based on our famous, tasty and delicate local produce.

You will find our signature dishes such as Pan-Fried Fresh Frogs, Same Way as in Dombes Area, with Garlic and Parsley Bresse Butter or Braised Bresse Chicken from «Miéral Farm» with Cream and Vin Jaune as well as some newest flavours such as Roasted Zander with Sweet Garlic and Thyme Blossom, Crayfish Coulis or Roasted and Sliced Fillet of Lamb with Fine Herbs and Jus Scented with Tarragon.

To perfectly compliment your meal, our Wine Selection, mainly Burgundy oriented but not only, will satisfy all tastes at very attractive prices.

Our lounge and little terrace, when weather permitting, are available for your pre and after dinner drinks.

Bressan style designed with amazing wood and stone works, our spacious air-conditioned Dining Room welcomes you from 12 to 1.30pm for lunch and from 7 to 9pm for dinner.
